Aji Omnicolor is a pepper plant that produces a stunning array of colorful pods, starting from almost white, transitioning through light yellow, darker yellows, oranges, and finally ripening to a deep red. While it's a great ornamental plant, it can grow quite large, though it can be pruned to keep it smaller if desired.
When grown in full sun, the young white pods may develop hues of purple as a natural protection against UV rays.
