An heirloom cordon variety that produces large, slightly flattened beefsteak tomatoes with distinctive yellow and orange streaked skins. The flesh is juicy and sweet with a slightly acidic aftertaste and a thick, meaty texture. Each delicious fruit weighs up to 500g (18oz) and contains very few seeds, making it perfect for slicing into sandwiches. This superb variety is best grown outdoors, though it will produce ripened fruits earlier if grown in a greenhouse. Height: 200cm (79"). Spread: 50cm (20").
