Literally translated as "Beef Heart for Exhibition," it's also referenced by names such as Bychye Serdtse Vystavochnoe (Бычье сердце выставочное). This variety produces red fruits weighing between 180-400 grams, with a heart-shaped blunt type. The flesh is fleshy, juicy, and beefy, containing few fruits and seeds. It boasts a rich, delicious flavor with a touch of acidity. The plant is not very vigorous, with average development, regular foliage, and indeterminate growth. It exhibits good production in the second part of the season but requires potassium supplementation for optimal growth.
