This tomato was bred by Bill Jeffers of Indiana, resulting in several versions from the original cross. One version is the Cherokee Tiger Large Tomato. Both varieties feature chartreuse-colored plants. This midseason tomato has regular leaves and, as a dwarf variety, is ideal for container gardens. It’s a semi-determinate plant, meaning it produces fruit, pauses, and then resumes production after a few weeks. The tomatoes are juicy with a touch of sweetness, leaning slightly toward the acidic side.
