Originating from France, this variety produces red fruits weighing 120 to 200 grams, measuring approximately +/- 6 cm in diameter and +/- 12 cm in length. They have an elongated and curved chili-like shape, sometimes ending in an invaginated tip, and typically form clusters of 3 to 4 fruits.
The flesh is full and dense, containing few seeds and gel. It offers a good, rather sweet taste, making it very suitable for drying and for making pastes and coulis. This variety boasts abundant production.
