DOUBLE RICH/15 seeds
This variety was developed by the North Dakota and New Hampshire Departments of Horticulture in 1953. The fruits weigh between 120 to 300 grams and are round with smooth, slightly lobed shoulders. They have uniformly brick-red skin with no traces on the shoulders. The flesh is firm, juicy, and full, containing few seeds. The flavor is a well-balanced blend of sweetness and acidity. This variety also boasts a high Vitamin C content, twice the average of other tomatoes—equivalent to that of an orange.
