In just 75 days, the compact 'Dwarf Beauty King' tomato plant demonstrates its remarkable productivity. This rugose, regular leaf dwarf-type plant produces medium-sized, oblate-shaped fruits with smooth red skin adorned with vertical gold striping—a truly stunning sight. Beyond their visual appeal, these tomatoes offer a rich, balanced flavor that delights the palate.
Part of the "Dwarf Tomato Project," this variety originated from a cross by Vince Lavallo in 2011, combining an early generation of 'Dwarf Wild Fred' with Wild Boar Farm's 'Beauty King.' Initially named "Beauty," 'Dwarf Beauty King' was carefully selected and named in 2013 by Vince, with contributions to its stabilization from Craig LeHoullier, Bill Yoder, Kay Robbins, and Susan Oliverson.
