First introduced into the cultivation program of the Little Vegetable King in 2017, these pear-shaped, elongated green fruits sport yellow stripes. They are approximately 2 - 3 times larger than those of yellow or red pear tomatoes. Originating from the USA, this variety was named after the writer "Michael Pollan." With excellent flavor and a relatively high sugar content, it boasts a high yield. The Green Zebra Pear belongs to the Multiflora tomatoes – meaning it forms huge inflorescences with numerous fruits each. However, the plant typically grows to about 1.30 meters in height and forms no more than 3 inflorescences.
