La Cadero produces flattened, dark-red tomatoes with dark-purple shoulders, each weighing around 100-200 grams. The purple color intensifies with more sun exposure. These meaty fruits have a sweet-spicy flavor. Developed by Bruno Fournier in France in 2014, La Cadero is a cross between Berkeley Tie Dye and Indigo Apple. This indeterminate variety matures in 75-80 days.
