MOM’S/15 seeds per pack 
This variety originated in the USA, but the history behind its name remains unknown. It was listed in the 1997 Seed Savers Yearbook. The fruit weighs between 180 to 350 grams and resembles a beefsteak tomato, being flattened and more or less strongly ribbed at the top. 
It showcases a two-tone coloration, with orange-yellow skin veiled in red (or vice versa), with the red hues more prominent on the apical side. Typically, it forms clusters of 3 to 5 fruits.
The orange beef flesh features red marbling, which is more visible in the center. It offers a deliciously sweet and rich flavor.
