PUMPKIN-7/10 seeds per pack

We had a bumper harvest of pumpkins and squash this season. When harvested with a stalk, they can be stored for up to a year. Keep them upside down in a cool, dry place for longer storage.

As for the difference between pumpkin and squash, there isn't much. The main distinction is in appearance and stem texture: pumpkins have hard, jagged stems, while squash stems are lighter, softer, and slightly hollow. Both belong to the same genus, *Cucurbita*, but different varieties are grown in different regions.

Since we don't know the exact names of all the varieties, we've assigned numbers to identify them. We hope to discover their names in the future.

Including pumpkin in your diet offers several health benefits. It's low in calories but rich in vitamins and minerals, particularly vitamin A, which supports eye health. Pumpkin is also high in antioxidants, like beta-carotene, which may reduce the risk of chronic diseases. Additionally, it's a good source of fiber, aiding digestion, and contains nutrients that support heart health and boost immunity. Its versatility in cooking makes it easy to incorporate into various dishes, from soups to desserts.
