This heirloom tomato variety produces large, scarlet red fruits that are strongly wrinkled and somewhat flattened, with weights ranging from 250 to 900 grams. The fruit has a pronounced depression at the stem attachment. 
The flesh is firm and beefy, offering an excellent taste. Historically, this variety was primarily used by the local processing industry for sauce production. 
It’s a hardy and highly productive variety.
